1. Who this covers
Toons of Time and Klip Empire (“we”, “us”) are independently operated short-form video
channels. This policy covers this website, our channels on Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and X, and the Meta app
registered as Toons of Time Analytics.
We are not affiliated with, and this policy does not cover, any other business or website.
2. What our Meta app does
The Toons of Time Analytics app is a private, single-operator tool. It does two things, both only
against Facebook Pages we own:
- publishes our own finished videos to our own Pages;
- reads the performance statistics for those posts — view counts, watch time and similar aggregate figures.
The app is not offered to, installed by, or usable by anyone else. It does not ask any other person for permissions, it does not log anyone in, and it does not read anyone’s profile, friends, messages or personal content.
3. Information we collect from you
None. Watching our videos gives us nothing that identifies you. This website has no forms, no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no cookies.
If you email us, we hold your message and address only for as long as it takes to answer you.
4. Information we see about our own content
The platforms give us aggregate, non‑identifying statistics about how our posts performed — totals such as plays, watch time, likes and broad audience breakdowns by country or age band. These are counts, never individuals. We cannot tell from them who watched anything, and we make no attempt to identify anyone.
5. Information the platforms collect
When you watch our videos on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or X, that platform collects data under its own policy, not ours. We do not control it and do not receive it. See:
6. Sharing and selling
We do not sell, rent, trade or share personal information. We hold none to sell. We would disclose information only if required by law.
7. Retention
Aggregate performance statistics about our own posts are kept while the relevant channel is active, so we can judge what to make next. Email correspondence is deleted once the matter is closed.
8. Your rights and data deletion
Because we do not collect personal information, there is normally nothing of yours for us to show, correct or delete. If you believe we hold something about you, email us and we will confirm, and delete it within 30 days if we do. Full instructions: Data deletion.
9. Children
Our channels are general-audience entertainment and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
